2. Data, purposes and legal bases
Website delivery and security
The hosting and security infrastructure may process an IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent, referrer and technical security events. This is used to deliver the site, diagnose failures and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure business website.
Enquiries and business correspondence
If you contact the business, the information you provide may include your name, business email, company, role, area of interest, message and subsequent correspondence. It is used to understand and answer the enquiry, assess a possible engagement, prepare a proposal where requested and keep necessary business records. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract where one is formed, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in managing relevant B2B correspondence.
You do not have to make an enquiry. Fields marked as required are needed to route and answer a submitted request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, special-category personal data, client datasets or other confidential production data through the website.
3. Contact form status
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. to the business inbox. The submitted fields and technical security data needed to prevent abuse are processed only to verify, deliver and answer the enquiry. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
To keep the form available and stop it being used to bury genuine enquiries, the number of enquiries submitted each day is counted. The counter stores only a one-way cryptographic hash of the sending IP address, never the address itself and never any field you typed. These counters expire automatically within 48 hours and are not used to identify you.
4. Service providers and recipients
Access is limited to the business and providers needed to operate its website and communications:

- Contact-form delivery: Cloudflare, Inc..
- Professional advisers or public authorities only where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Mail sent to an address at this domain is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the mailbox named above, which means it passes through Cloudflare before it is read. Replies are sent from that mailbox.
Personal data is not sold. The site does not disclose enquiry content to advertising networks or data brokers.
5. Processing locations and international transfers
Processing locations: Serbia, the EEA, the United States and other countries in which Cloudflare, Google and their authorised subprocessors operate.
Transfer safeguards: Applicable adequacy decisions and approved standard contractual clauses, together with provider contractual and technical safeguards. Provider locations and applicable contractual or statutory safeguards are reviewed before production services are enabled.
6. Retention
- Server and security logs: Routine request logs are not exported for long-term storage. Incident logs, if exported, are deleted within 30 days after the incident is closed unless needed for a legal claim or investigation.
- Enquiries and related correspondence: Up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose, subject to applicable record-keeping duties.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website does not run behavioural analytics, personalised advertising or marketing pixels. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only on contact pages as a strictly necessary security control and may process browser, device, network and challenge information, including necessary security tokens or cookies where applicable. No consent banner is displayed because no non-essential tracking is currently enabled. If that changes, the relevant technology will be blocked until the required information and consent mechanism are in place.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.

9. Automated decisions and children
Website and enquiry data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The services are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
10. Changes
This notice is reviewed when the hosting, form, email, analytics or other data-handling setup changes. Material changes will be published on this page.
