I'm Lazar Živković, a data & BI consultant for iGaming and payments.
I help small and mid-sized operators, PSPs and affiliates analyse deposits, withdrawals, PSPs, players and revenue, and I build the dashboards, alerts and reports that keep those numbers in view. You work directly with me.
What I have built
Payment monitoring, multi-brand KPIs and the reporting around them.
In production I have built monitoring of PSP acceptance and declines, anomaly alerting, KPI dashboards across several brands, and payment cost and reconciliation reporting. I prepare data in SQL and Python and build reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
That work taught me to care about definitions first. "Approved" and "credited" are not the same number, every platform counts FTD a little differently, and an alert only helps if someone acts on it. I check every number against the source data before it reaches you.
I offer the same work on players and retention, GGR/NGR, bonus cost and affiliates.

Contracts and invoices go through the business, and I am personally accountable for the agreed work and deadlines. I work remotely and take on projects for companies in Malta and elsewhere in the EU.
